The room was very comfortable and cozy with adequate space for two. The staff were incredibly polite and welcoming. The receptionist was lovely helping us check in/out. The night porter welcomed us back after our time in town and gave us a nice laugh while doing so. The Courtyard waitresses made for a great breakfast experience. The breakfast included in the booking was well worth it.

Great rooms, on the ground floor, were so comfortable. Staff were happy to accommodate requests, and provide vegan options at breakfast and dinner. Super comfortable chairs and sofa in suites. The bed was amazingly comfortable, and the Jacuzzi bath was a great, luxury addition. Maura, the other reception staff and the breakfast staff made us feel welcome and appreciated, and were happy to accommodate our requests. The Ivy Lounge has a warm and welcoming atmosphere, and the staff there were professional and efficient, and attentive without being fussy. Our party included 1 vegan, and we tried most items on the menu during our stay. All our choices were very good. Will definitely recommend to friends and would love to stay there again.

We stayed at The Victoria for 2 nights of a 10 night trip around Ireland. It was by far our favorite of all the places we stayed. The rooms were exceptionally comfortable. We loved the little extra touches like the chocolates on our pillows and the lavender pillow spray. The staff was also exceptional! Welcoming and engaging. They all did everything they could to make sure our stay was a great one! If I ever have the opportunity to travel to Killarney again, I would absolutely return to The Victoria!

Beautiful decor and lovely designed rooms with extra boutique details. The room was spacious and clean. Free parking out front and close to the town centre of Killarney. Very close to the national park drive for the ring of Kerry, so it’s an ideal location.

This boutique hotel is a gem, the location was just right. 20 minutes walk to city centre ( bars and restaurants area) and another 20 minutes walk to Muckross house and Killarney national park. The breakfast was lovely, with many choices for all of us to try every single day. The service was excellent, we felt like royalty. The hotel restaurant is excellent as well, and they offer a lovely special 3 course menu for the hotel guests. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. Maura helped us to book ‘Ring of Kerry’ tour and she made all the arrangements to be picked up and dropped off at the hotel door. The rooms are good and comfortable, we were in 201. The view was beautiful, over a farm land were some mornings we could see deer.

This is a warm, cosy and very welcoming boutique hotel. The decor (Art Deco Style) in the main areas is just gorgeous! 😍 Our bedroom was also beautifully decorated. A luxurious bathroom with a fabulous shower. Breakfast was delicious and the service is fantastic. Everything is brought to your table so you can totally relax and enjoy the experience. We also dined in the bar and again, tasty food and the staff cannot do enough for their guests! A 4 star hotel with 5 star service. ❤️💕

The receptionist was the nicest lady we have ever met ,she is an absolute credit to the hotel :)absolutely fantastic at her job ,you know she loved her job too:)I'm so sorry I can't remember the lovely lady's name .The hotel was absolutely stunning, decor is so fabulous :)breakfast was gorgeous:)Rooms were so stylish loved all the little touches ,like the chocolates and pillow spray :)The jacuzzi bath was amazing :)we will definitely be back :)

Beautiful boutique hotel. Very nicely done. All rooms are unique with special taste. The exterior of the hotel is rustic but the interior is modern n freshly done. It is clean n comfortable. The staffs are friendly and helpful. Don’t miss the excellent restaurant for breakfast n dinner. The only thing it can be improved is to change menu frequently. The Irish coffee was a nice touch after dinner with Killarney whisky. The location is 5 min (car) from town but it is nestled in the Killarney National Park, great for morning n evening walks.

Breakfast was really great! I had the full Irish breakfast and it was delicious. The room was quiet, clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly. It has free parking on the premises which was great! No AC but it does have a fan in the room. The hotel is stylish and has an elevator.
